Where are you located?

Fort Wayne, Indiana

Where do I pick up my order? You will be given the pick up address when your order is placed and paid for.

Do you deliver? Yes I do. Delivery fees vary on delivery address.

Do you have a storefront?  No. I am a home baking service.

How do I place an order? Please see the order section for further information on how to place an order. From there it will guide you.

How much do your custom cakes cost?  

Custom cake prices have a starting price but also vary depending on size, filling inside of cake, extra buttercream flavor and colors, ganache drip, cake toppers, and design/complexity of the cake. I don't see a cake flavor/combination I am wanting on your menu, do you offer a special request?

Yes! That is the joy of being a custom cake decorator. I am able to customize and pair flavors of cakes, buttercream frosting, fillings, toppings etc together to your liking. Please email me for further questions.

I have a food allergy, Can you accommodate?

Please be aware that while your cake/cupcakes may not be made with nuts or a nut product, it will have been prepared in a kitchen where nut products may be used in other cakes and fillings. This also applies to any gluten allergy and/or any other food allergies. We cannot guarantee that your cake/cupcakes will be free from all nut traces, gluten or other food allergies. We do keep things separate but can not guarantee it. All of the cakes, fillings and icings may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts. It is your responsibility to inform your guests of this allergy information. We shall not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of the cake.

How far in advance do I need to let you know for any ordering?

Please give a minimum of 2-3 week notice for all orders except weddings, corporate events, holiday parties which require a minimum of 3-6 month notice. Orders are on a first come first serve basis. Sooner you place your order the better.

Once you have ordered and payment is completed at the time of ordering your spot is guaranteed. If there is no payment there is no guaranteed spot. We do try our best to accommodate every order within reason.

When is my payment due for my order?

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. 


What is your cancellation policy?

Payments are non refundable unless cancelled 2 weeks PRIOR to the date of scheduled pick up/delivery. Although $30 of that payment is a non-refundable fee that goes towards the consulting fee and/or time that has been taken to gather material and supplies needed for the order.

If cancelled AFTER the 2 weeks you will forfeit any payment made. This is due to materials that may have been acquired, prep work that has been done, and a time slot that now remains unfilled. Payment may not be used or rolled over for any other orders. 


How do I pay?

Payment method is completed electronically and done via Venmo. Other electronic payment methods are available but may cost an extra fee. Please ask for other electronic options if you do not have Venmo.
